With a state of the art Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, Primary Care of the Brookfields is ready to send lab and diagnostic testing orders directly to your lab or hospital of choice. This also allows for electronic prescribing of medication (e-prescribing) which reduces errors, improves wait time, and improves timely access to improved outcomes as part of your treatment plan.
Michelle Dedon, DNP, APRN, FNP-C
Dr. Michelle Dedon, Family Nurse Practitioner is a board certified nurse practitioner specializing in primary care and the owner of Primary Care of the Brookfields. Dr. Dedon focuses on providing personalized care that is truly patient focused.
Dr. Dedon received her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from Elms College in Chicopee, Massachusetts. Dr. Dedon has over 20 years of nursing experience, and has experience with patients of all ages.
Dr. Dedon is currently offering primary care services under a Hybrid Direct Primary Care model. In addition to primary care services, she also offers specialized migraine treatment and will soon be offering DOT exams. Dr. Dedon provides a specialized level of care to allow you, the patient, to feel comfortable in all aspects of your care, as well as to include you in the careplan team.
Dr. Dedon has been told by patients that she is very easy to open up to and connect with. She has been called "down to earth" and "my second therapist". She prides herself in being able to connect with patients on a level that is truly comfortable and allows them to express their true self. Dr. Dedon believes that in knowing the true patient, she can not only provide a thorough plan of care, but she also experiences more personal reward from the work that she does.
