This model not only provides substantial overall savings with up front pricing, but also greater access to your care team in a more comfortable approach to health care where you know your primary care provider and your provider knows you.

Why Choose Direct Primary Care?

Per the American Association of Family Physicians (AAFP) the Direct Primary Care (DPC) model is a practice and payment model where patients pay their provider directly in the form of periodic payments or membership fee for a defined set of primary care services. The membership pays for access to a broad range of high quality primary care services. The membership serves to replace the traditional system of third party insurance coverage for primary care services. This model is not to replace your health insurance, in fact we recommend you continue with regular health insruance to cover cost of labs, imaging such as xrays or mri's, medications, and referrals to specialists. The membership covers a variety of primary care services without the added cost of copays or deductibles, which can be difficult to factor into your own budget. With up front pricing, you know what you will spend on your healthcare. 

The membership covers annual physicals, sick visits for a variety of reasons, telehealth, text and phone access to the provider. Our unique twist is that we are currently offering our services in your home and at after work and weekend hours, so that you do not have to miss work hours or sit in a boring waiting room. You can relax in the comfort of your own home.
